Hey all, just visited this site after it was advertised on MyGaming. Seemed too good to be true until I left the page open overnight and realised that it might be a little fishy.

The site is an auction site, with R5 per credit to bid. Each bid takes the price up by 1 cent, hence for example if a bid closes at R3,83 you know that they made 383 * 5 = R1915 Gross for that item.

However when I was viewing a bid I questioned the fact the the site might be running Autobots, as in bots who tend to increase the price to keep the bidding open.. For example for a 50 bid pack ( costs R250) 2 users kept on bidding for a long time that didn't seem feasible to me..

What do you guys think? You get 2 free bids on registering by the way so check it out and let me know :P

I wouldn't trust them with one of my dogs' stool samples. I mean, under the FAQ's is how the "don't" use bots. If you need to advertise you are not doing anything wrong, well, you probably are doing something wrong.

It's like Jacaranda FM that advertises that they have no repeat songs between certain times in the day. Yeah right.

If I were Tinman I'd be ashamed to have that site associated with his...even through ads only.

Yip, this site is BS people, be aware, don't be fooled. 1c = R5.

These guys are sneaky sneaky little hobbits and they will rape you the first change they get.

If you're one of those people who think they can buy a PS3 for R3, you should not be on the internet.

Well if you a look deeper, its actually not R3, its 300 credits and each credit costs R5 so its in fact R1500.

Still cheap, but they are misleading people by thinking it is only R3 when in fact it is not a Rand value, it is Credits.

The kicker is that people can burn R200 - R500 in a matter of minutes trying to bid on a item.

An iPad went for over R100 000 the other day.
