Black Ops MP thoughts?

I'm really enjoying it so far as well, apart from the LAG (but I think that was mostly the hailstorm messing with my connection). I am not really a big CoD fan, never played any CoD game online before this, but it is a nice change of pace from BC2. The Zombies are just pure awesomeness, got the hardened edition so I have the extra 4 Zompie maps from W@W. Wager matches are also pretty interesting, especially gun game. Will definitely be putting some more time into this in the coming days/weeks/months.
 
The pc community just lost another member, I honestly dont know why I even bothered with the pc version. The deceptive lure of dedi servers might have been the cause. Console net code kicks dedicated servers ass any day of the week.

Ive been saying it for years, yes you pay for live but at least it works.

It was meant to happen, I was on the fence - pc vs xbox, now its like a no brainer really. Everything just works as it should on a console.

In fact I was going to ask you why you wen't for the PC version. I expected to see you on Live last night.

Poor judgment on my side, Ill get the console version in the coming weeks though :)

It happens, could have gone either way I guess. Although console always seems to perform no matter what.
 
I VE GOT 4500 glitch kills and 6000 glitch death off 29 games..iam sitting AT level 14 GO FIGURE!!!!!!!!!!

I played my first MP game yesterday with some internationals and the lag wasn't too bad. Plus it took only about 10 secs to find the game :).

I'm really enjoying the game on PS3, the stats and depth you can go into is amazing! Was a bit skeptical on my first day but now that I've played a few hours I don't think I'll be bringing out MW2 disk again!
 
In these past two days I have put in more time online than I have ever done on any game! This game just rocks! I had MW2 since day one and played it every now and then and only raked up about 4k kills but now in 2 days of BO playing I have raked up more than 10k! Now that may not be a lot to most but damn I have never reached that figure online before, quite awesome :D

I also just finished the campaign on Veteran and I must say that it was a jol! I absolutely loved the story!

Just be aware there is some kinda bug with the K/D scores so you may not actually have 10K kills, Devil has like like 6000 kills and 8000 deaths but its bogus, its a bug.
 
@Duke: You we're kicking my ass last night. :p I'm not used to the fast pace of this game yet, but I'll get there.
