Apparently the back story is that the body corporate is arguing with the municipality over the water bill, and has stopped paying it a few months ago. So the municipality just came to turn it off.

Now we own the office we have and we receive our own rates bill that we pay every month. So no idea how this whole system works, but it seems that the body corporate has no idea either. . . .

I remember when the munacipalatiy cut my electricty off and pad locked the box, I smashed it off with a hammer and reconnected the wires :D

Well we cant do that exactly, but the boss is going to see if he cant get a plumber friend to come have a look at the connection, cos when he looked this morning its flooded as well. . . .
 
Yep we are not sure if it was from the rain last night or something else, so hence the plumber that is gonna take a look. But yar the whole situation is driving us insane, cos we were not told that we would have no water, it was just shut off. And the body corporate is miss managing the whole situation including the running of the body corporate, they even got our accounts messed up this month claiming we owed then levies for 5 months, were we had proof of payment for all of it. The boss has now requested a statement of all the body corporate accounts, which he is allowed to see since he owns the office. We still have not even received a rules/regulations form from them and we have been here over 3 years. . . .
