What has gaming taught you?

- In mmo's having pretty armour isn't always the best armour. (no, nevermind, I'll never learn this)
- I must never roll a melee class in a mmo, it won't work out for me and stick to ranged/magic classes.

But in the end you still want to make your character look good, right? :D No worries, I have the same problem :p
 
Moral perspectives

I like games that challenge my existing moral beliefs, providing alternatives and in some cases outright contradictions. I think it really taught me to keep an open mind. There are many ways to climb a mountain, you just need to decide whether you're willing to live with the consequences.
