Lol no I am in jhb. If it comes out on local sites I will def download it next month with my local cap. Revy bedroom is in renoepore(or how ever you spell it) some bloody asian city.
 
Guys living in PTA and that are on the WUG, or know someone who is WUG connected, ask them to DL for u. It will be uploaded on WUG tonight.
 
Why do you all sound so surprised about the size of the patch?

This is EA/DICE, and a battlefield game, after all...
 
Dam its freaky shooting with a red dot site m14.

But man did they not rework the hitbox hate it when I almost have to shoot out 2 clips of pistol bullets.

Xero you sure the file works since well all jeffs uploads have been corrupted.
 
I'm just wondering, maybe the huge filesize could have something to do with the new maps coming out? I mean, seriously, 2.4gb? I've seen whole games smaller than that.

They've probably put some, if not all, all of the files for the next map pack in :)

I'm amped to play this for the first time, just have to wait for it to finish dling, taking forever on my 384k >.<
 
Its also in preparation for Vietnam. I do hope the new maps are in it though.

i can never understand the forums say it is 2.4gb and then always ends up being over 500mb/1gb more ? ? ?
mines almost 12 hours gone and is on 3.75gb.

South africa always seems to be behind the times - just when we get better speeds or caps the gaming guys 'up their game'
and we are left in the dark ages again.

Yeah man its only 2.4Gigs did you get the prev 900meg update as well?
 
I'm dling the seperate files rather. Cause if you ever reload, then updating will be so much easier as well.
 
Just started my download - will be done in about 2 hours :D Viva 4mbit!! :p

Now all I need to do is actually reinstall the game :D
