I am good. I went ice skating for the first time in over 5 years last night...Took me a while to get used to it, but thankfully I didn't fall! Some poor woman did and ended up having a bit of her arm sliced open...

Jeeez I haven't ice skated since I was a lighty. Think I would kill myself if I tried :p

I saw some old chap being put on a stretcher a few months back at the Northgate ice rink, wasn't pretty.

Yeah, some people try to show off and come flying past you at one hell of a speed. Completely knocks u off balance. Anyhoo, was a fun evening :)
