Terrorist attack in Moscow airport! MW2 gets heat!

Am I the only person not surprised by this? Of course the anti-video gaming crusaders jumped on this like fat people on the last twinkly. Real question is why are gamers upset, "aww no my fav game is at the center of yet another controversy started by people who obviously have little or no inkling into gaming." Boo-freaking-hoo.

The blame ... not the bombing. I thought I should probably make myself clear on that point.

Besides which ... I don't recall bombs being used in MW2.

Also ... they're quoting a terrorism analyst from Fox News. Nice ... this would be the same Fox News that made a fuss about wild alien sex scenes in Mass Effect? And if they were using it as training, they failed dismally - again, because MW2 didn't involve any suicide bombers.

Most likely suspects in my book would be a terrorist organisation affiliated with one of the many countries trying to gain their independence from Russia (one report mentioned Chechznia (sp?)) - or even Afghanistan.
 
sounds to me like the russian press was just waiting for something like this so that they can jump on the sensationalism band wagon aswell
 
Did the bombers escape down the hill in snow mobiles?

If not, then no...I do not believe Mw2 is to be blamed.
