oh lmao :p bwahahahahahahahahahahaha.... i couldnt remember his name :p I also remember there was that little french cartoon sorta thing with the little man he was drawn on a line... and they even made an anti drug campaign using him snorting the very white line he lived on :p

That thing never spoke it make funny noises I remember it, I can't remember the friggin name now
 
All the disney ones were good way back in the day, i think it was either a friday or saturday at 7pm where they used to show stuff like tale spin, darkwing duck, duck tales etc etc
