Dude if anyone had to rely on gaming to deal with depression then thats a real cry for help, because that only helps for a short period. The same can be said for alcohol, you drink, you get drunk, you forget about your problem and the next day it starts all over again...Well it has helped me deal with my depression. better than popping pills

People shouldnt resort themselves to gaming and thinking that, that's the drug to supress their emotions, it's called confiding in those close to you and dealing with it in that manner...
I'm sorry these "clinical studies" anyone can just make up a story saying that games effect your everyday life... It's utter bullshit, where are these so called clinical study REPORTS... Oh wait they won't release it to the public. Why?? Because they don't exist... People are quick to jump to conclusions that games are becoming a high priority of how our emotions play out on a daily basis. Give me substantial proof that there are clinical tests being done and then I will believe whether or not their kak is true...
