I am. Love total war. Missed out on empire but I preferred napoleon.

And I need a japenese setting for a game. such a pretty country.

Never tried it. I only played the hot seat mod for total war medieval 2.

Then you definitely have to get S2!! The MP is outa this world!! People don't realize how different it actually is from the previous installments, might even be the best for a turn based strategy game :D!

just get into the RTS. i suck ass too in it, but i'm getting better and better at it. currently playing Supreme commander 2 and dawn of war 1 :D

See I thought I'd ease myself in with World in Conflict, which is an action game masquerading as an RTS, and even that got to the point of :wtf: for me.
Nothing sucks more than when that dreaded feeling of "Oh shit I shouldn't have done what I did 75 moves ago" sets in.

Pick up cnc generals and zero hour. Very very fun:D

I'm a big fan of the Total War games. Click the image in my sig for the best mod ever made.

Not going to be buying Shogun 2 though. Don't like invasive Steam DRM. People say that the old Ubisoft Securom was the worst, I never had a problem with it. Didn't even know it was there. Then with the first patch of Anno 1404 and the latest patch of Far Cry 2 it removes all DRM including disk-check. So Steam is lauded as being so much better because you only have to install a third party social networking tool and create an account and then have mandatory and unnecessary updates run for this social networking tool every 2 days and then select offline mode and then play your game after more updates and you can never lend it to your friend who wants to try it later on while you're playing Diablo 3 all day.

Medieval 2: Total War - Insert DVD, install game, enter serial code, play game.

[x] Pirating it thanks to Steam "DRM"

dude you are a troll of note. Steam is great. It patches the game for you with out fail. And if you don't have the bandwidth you can always get your friend to copy the files for you.

another self-entitled raven gold... it must be spreading. thanks for giving us drm we don't want.

I can not wait for Shogun!! - I just hope that they learnt a lesson from Empires release and keep the bugs down to a min.
