Actually, It's just People on the SAIX backbone. I have 2 friends on IS who aren't blocked. It's because the last hop before international is what most sites pick up instead of your IP at your router. Of course, Telscum won't change that and the mods refuse to listen That's why I went to reddit.

If I see one more person try to hotlink into 4chan ... wow ... it really gives me an ultimate facepalm.

And with regards to the whole uploading-a-picture debacle, maybe convert the 4MB .png file to a 400KB .jpg file, and just use tinypic, imagehost, imgur, photobucket, or imageshack.
