There IS only the standard edition and the BoS edition (which is ALSO known as the "special edition"[1][2])
Have e-mailed BT in the hopes that they figure out their own catalogue.

"Jace Hall slipped a picture of the Duke Nukem Forever Balls of Steel bust in a recent blog post. It doesn't quite live up to the size you'd expect (or does it?).
Based off the promotional materials released by 2K Games the bust looked to be about the size of a DVD case, but in reality it's about as small as a mouse. I guess Duke compensates for size with his muscle bro bod and bad boy attitude. "
