Maybe that was the big upgrade.
But the menu is still broken!
Yeah I saw it doesn't actually do anything.
@Murph: Its called integration Brother. I think we've spoken about this before. I call it an online identity, the void between our online lives and our offline lives is closing. Soon people will no longer beable to hide behind the vale of anonymity.
Because:

Grim its their monthly event - so basically something of everything. We normally go cos my dad races in the classic car section.
AndI know the day barely started but I am not in the mood for here!
Voicy I would love to see Rift - but yar no way I can afford it at the moment.
I know about the fuckwad theory...but I'm just getting sick of seeing facebook everywhere... and everyone 'liking' everything...bah.

What Murph said.
I miss the days of IRC (and Wyvern will back me up on this) where you were considered weird for speaking to people over the internet, whereas now you're considered weird if you don't subscribe to a mainstream form of social media.
The good old days:

It should cost the standard $15 that most MMO's charge. Just give wow the boot for a month.![]()
Which car does your dad race?
Its a tool dude, one of the most powerful marketing tools ever.
Think about this Jane Doe has 4000 facebook friends (fuck alone know why) she likes an article. Right there 4000 people who may never have seen it sees it, even if half of them like it and each of them has only like 100 friends thats 200 000 people exposed to it. Thats the kind of advertising power u can't buy. Sadly most people are too stupid to use it correctly and instead use it to lament the fact that they can't get laid or how cute the new baby is when it makes a poo-poo. Humanity = fail
That I agree with. And having MORE advertising shoved in my face is something I don't need.
My whole view of Facebook and sites like it is the dumbing down of normal human communication. Friends don't phone/email - sometimes even meet - because 'hey, I facebooked you the other day'. That is supposed to count as something.
Lol I am the exact opposite, If I want to see you* or speak to you* I will phone. The rest of the time... stay the fuck away from me.
*Not you as such but friends/people/family/random weirdos
Sure I like my 'me' time, and pretty much keep to myself, BUT if something important is going down or something has happened, ffs don't put it on FACEBOOK. Pick up the phone or something. Know what I mean? The only reason I go on Facebook is because I'd never hear a peep from 98% of my friends if I didn't.
Yeah have a lot of friends. Phoned my friends for a few months but never got one back so just fk it now only check on facebook for dragon age and yeah thats about it.
ps killing tk rule from now on more than 45 min![]()

I make it a point not to post anything too personal on facebook. I use it more as a tool.
Where most people get the occasional urge for "Me" time, I get the occasional urge for "friend time" like us having a beer.
Why there are only like 65 people on my friend list of which i count maybe 5 as friends.
All my friends on facebook are my friends in real life.
