Technically its not Prince of Persia HD. It's Prince Of Persia Classic. A 2.5D remake of the original Prince of Persia. Not worth the Points in my opinion :)

Lol sorry, should have been more specific, I forgot about the up coming POP Trilogy Remake.

Mind if I ask why you feel that way?
 
The Prince Of Persia classic is cool dont get me wrong, I just feel theres better games you can spend you mspoints on :)

I only have 400 points left after beyond good and evil and other than Wolfenstein 3d is didn't see anything that really struck me. Sure the are a bunch of titles for 800 or 560 points but I am only spending 1200.
 
Yay going to get Beyond Good & Evil for my wife. :D

I've played it on the pc though and didn't like it all that much but some people loved it.
 
Whats the big deal with this game, is it really that good or just clever marketing hype? Saw some gameplay footage and it looks meh.

It was released back in 04, brilliant game & level design but for some reason it never grabbed hold of the public, it did however generate a cult following, this is the HD remake of it. It was one of the first games that allowed a player to attack multiple enemies but jumping between them like in later Pop games and AC. Also had a unique story and focused more on stealth than action.

Yeah it's releasing on the PSN later this year:

A PlayStation Network version of Beyond Good & Evil HD will be up for grabs on Sony’s online service "later this year," Ubisoft’s confirmed

The publishing giant dropped the news in a brief chinwag with Eurogamer earlier today.

That’s about as far as it goes in terms of concrete details, though we’ll be sure to keep you up to speed on any future developments. Meanwhile, Xbox 360 owners will be able to snag their copy of the game today for the sum of 800 Microsoft Points.
