My steam was showing 94% done when I left home this morning - se you on the servers tonight :D

Although I won't be on tonight, since I have a whole weekend wedding, I will be jamming some now and on Monday. Sorry man :( Will come whoop you okes on Monday night :p

From the testing we have done the game seems ok, I don't personally think it will replace any of the core games our commnity plays though. Hit Detection is epic though, even guys who normally suffer from very poor hit detection are reporting spot on tracking in the game.
My personal recommendation is to check it out IF you are looking for a new game to play online, although my money is still on Crysis 2
as the next big local online game.

Yup, the hitreg is pretty awesome. I haven't had any crap with it. Although, there is something weird going on on the iGame servers. Sometimes people's latency goes up and stays there for a while. Similar to what happened with that peering issue in FLOPS.

Also agree that it won't be replacing any of the core games, but it's still a lot of fun to play. It feels a lot like a mix between BF2 and COD.

Xerowing, I don't know if Crysis 2 will take off competitively, but it would be cool though. That's a damn fun game online!

Yeah we have a reported case on the HF backend that had some servers with latency spikes earlier
We have done some troubleshooting on our side but are waiting on word from KAOS/THQ

Also, having a game take off competitively has very little to do with if the game is played on a large scale, look at the amount of public players per title, roughly one tenth of those guys are playing comeptetitively on titles such as CoD and CS, the rest simply play
