Ah well. I have also decided to try smoking lighter ciggies - went from 12mg tar, 1,2mg nicotine to6mgs tar and 0,4mg nicotine. Plus its the new marlboro menthols - they have this little ball in the filter that u break for the mint flavour - 2 times as minty as others

I tried, it didnt work, but I have cut down from 20 a day to about 10 a day. Plus if Im out with ppl who dont smoke I dont either. So slowly getting there this way. Cold turkey was not a good idea - I kinda went a bit mental
But Ive cut down on coffee now - and coffee used to be my ciggie signal, as well as alcohol.

My case has arrived....Unplugged my PC, opened up my current case and took one look at all the wires and thought Hyaaibo! Rather going to see if I can get my friend to help me with it.
Rofl!!! U need your mate to do it, also u need to pull out your motherboard manual for the correct what wires go where for the power button etc etc
