The Official "MyGaming" Anime Thread

I've been reading the manga and while it started out good it's kinda in a slow patch at the moment. It reminds me somewhat of Highschool of the dead. So don't expect many episodes.

12 Episodes only, which is kinda disappointing - considering the manga is already at 8 volumes and still ongoing. I'm starting to wonder if a lot of the trouble the anime-industry is in has to do with anime producers completely screwing over the story when they do the anime. Very few studios want to commit to longer series anymore unless they can be convinced they're sitting on a pot of absolute gold, if not platinum.

On HSOD - the OVA was released a week or two ago. If you haven't seen it yet, don't bother. It's only 15 minutes long, and crap. Adds nothing to the story. I'm still trying to figure out how to get 15 minutes of my life back.

As much as I enjoy fanservice I decided to give it a skip. I really enjoy HSOD so I'm holding thumbs for a second season.

also read alll before the anime started.. definitely slow but pretty good..
foxy! you need to watch ano hi mita hana! its so epic and kinda sad :(
tiger and bunny is pretty fun

Ano Hi Mita is on my watchlist - I've been hearing people mention it. I was gonna skip Tiger & Bunny, but it looks like I need a rethink there as well.

Just finished watching Seitokai no Ichizon and it was surprisingly very enjoyable! Very funny and worth a watch to pass the time :)

Since I don't have cap to download or stream the shows I want I have been going through all the anime I have watched, ever!

It feels good to recap some old anime and pick up on stuff you might have missed.

Me rewatching anime may be one of the reasons I never ever catch up with my backlog.

For instance, I'm busy rewatching Blood+ at the moment.

By the way - I wanted to ask in the past, but I keep forgetting - anybody else here use MyAnimelist? I've got a profile at http://myanimelist.net/profile/AniMeanderings - so come swing by and gaze in awe at my list :p
