I hate random people

I've had this guy, old friend of mine, message me on MSN repeatedly over the past few days. I don't mind that, it's just always at inopportune times and with no real direction in mind. His messages are completely random. On Thursday night he sends me a message at 3:30AM asking if I'm there; this kid is 16, who the **** is awake at 3:30AM on Thursday night at that age?

Anyway, he's funny at times but also incredibly annoying. Here's an example:

This happens every day. Sometimes he speaks about lolcats, sometimes he wants to talk about WoW, and I'm gunna be honest, I can't cope. I'm going insane. Just thought I'd let you guys know.
 
Do you think he is going to see this thread? Maybe then he will stop buggind you, but he is going to "hate" you for not telling him that he bugs you.

Do you wanna ALR + F4 on this thread? :D :p

Hahaha. Thing is I know him in RL so don't wanna block him. He's actually a cool guy in real life, which is really weird.
 
Block him sometimes ;) When you're not in the mood for convo. Then when you think you can handle it, unblock him.

Yeah, I coin it "Dynamic Blocking".... I have had someone like that.... I eventually completely removed him. I never knew him in RL which makes it easier.

I have this one person who messages me constantly even when I am at work and my status says "@ Work, DnD" :).

But you should probably tell him he bugs you before blocking him.
 
lol @ Don't you want to Alt F4 your life.

It's people who think like that, that start running gun battles at their local high school. I don't think you want to get on the wrong side of this guy. Just put up with the random messages until you've gotten out of the country.
