Ive normally got a high tolerance for idiots. This new guy takes the cake tho, asking me today to dl Autocad LT for him so he can practice at home. Now hes been working on autocad for over 10 years according to him. Autocad LT isnt that much different. The dl he wants is 6 gigs. WHY ON EARTH WOULD I WASTE MY CAP on his crap.

oh and now hes moaning his chair is broken - its a relatively new chair about 1 year old that was hardly used!

Tooks - Ive been making sure all sharp and blunt objects that can do harm has been placed out of easy reach. Ive already thrown him with an eraser today. And i have loads of other stuff on my desk that will be perfect projectiles if he speaks to me again today.

czc - its what i told him. Im not going to get it for him, he can go fly a kite for all I care. I do know the boss is giving him till next week to get his act together - if not he will be getting a warning and if his work (also slow worker) doesnt improve his salary will be cut to that of a junior post.
