AFAIK - the used to be a shop in JHB called Moollahs (spelling?) that supplied Dr Martens, not sure if they still exist.
 
There's a shop in London that sells some really really nice leather boots. Stylish ones, hand made and they are awesome quality build. But this sure does bring back some memories yeah! :)

Bru, have some ghei shoes o.O The boot is cool, the rest, err ja, they make me think of the shoulder pads that secretaries wore in the 80's, except they're shoes, lol. They're like lumps of rubber with some plastic slapped on.

had 1 pair of these the entire 90's - early 2000's ...... perfect and comfortable pair of boots!
 
hehehehe. None taken. I've got even more wild ones, these are normal, plain. They were very saught after at one stage in SA, costing over 3K a pair as well! Not that it was a contributing factor to me owning as much of these as I could, I like them cause its not something you see everyday like Puma, Newrock (eventhough I also own a pair or two of new rocks) and the like.

The idea of paying say more than R600 for shoes is a concept i have yet to come to terms with but when u wear size 13s, you take what fits.

As far as the Doc's go, I had two pairs of those, one for School and one for well , everything else
If you can't find them anywhere here, import them, simple
 
I own a pair of black, normal Cats for work, black pair of boots for the bike, 2x pairs of slops (quiksilver & a superman pair), one pair of crocs, one pair of adidas cross trainers and a pair of sneakers, oh and pair of hockey togs. What more do you possibly need?

Hoe baie bronks het jy aangesien hul om trent die eenigste ouens is met 13.

Lol don't you love the one size fits all socks but its like a dam 10.
 
I've got the same problem as Omega. Very wide foot, no bridge at all. When I get into a store i ask what they have in a size 13. And screw Edcon and the Foschini group for only stocking up to a size 11!

Weird that... when it comes to shirts and tops XXL and XXXL always seems to be in abundance. Not that it helps me at all :p
