5 games we hope will be announced at E3 2011

considering CoD mw3 is gonna come out, u can scratch that one out.

Borderlands 2 would be EPIC!!!! though doubt it'll be that soon, they did say they wouldnt mind making another one + it had game of the year so it can happen, i just dont think that soon.
i doubt about GTA5 though and far cry 3 though, they especially cant compete against Cod, Battlefield 3, and duke nukem, they must be mad to put out another shooter right now with that much competition.
 
The Call of Duty Modern Warfare series is becoming old. If they release MW3 and demand that we pay a monthly subscription, people will simply stop buying it.

As for the OP and News article, I'm really hoping for GTA V (I love open world sandbox-type games) and Far Cry 3 (Also sort of open world - I'm hoping)

Lol, if they follow the trend of previous games, the confirmed release date will be a month before release...so don't count on it.

I'm hoping for borderlands 2. What an AMAZING game! I have almost nothing I can criticize about the original plus the DLC (beside Mad Moxxi's) were all amazingly epic.

Eeeeeew, cant wait!
 
I want an MMO with the concept of the old UFO series. Groups of people going into a UFO crash site and clearing it, something in that line

Bungie has moved on, Reach was their final Halo title and while Microsoft retains the rights and their inhouse developer, 343 Studios, has the ability to make another Halo game it won't be a sequel to Halo 3. Microsoft isn't Activision its not going to shoot is Flagship IP just to make a few extra dollars. My thinking is they are going to take us back to Harvest or some other part of the Halo Meta-verse.

As to my personal reason why? If Bungie doesn't make it, its not Halo. Also Master Chief's Story has been told. Making another sequel will be like Police Academy, Predator or Alien movies... it would suck.
