A person is allowed two steam accounts, yeah? There is no agreement like with Facebook or what not that says you are only suppose to have one account?

I want to grab the FEAR 2 DLC for $9.99. Just figured i'd rather open a second account and get the bundle so if any friends etc wanna play FEAR 2 or something I can let them use that account? Is that legally allowed?

Not really, but I do have 2 accounts. This for back then when I had cc issues with my main account and I would gift from my secondary to my primary. You will have to have your friend open an account and send rest to him/her if you can split up the special like that. Only certain games can be given away when bought in a pack.

I have no idea where I'm supposed to get the cap to download all the games I'm buying. i really need to convince my parents that uncapped isn't such a bad thing. :/
