My MTN account is suspended, them saying I missed a payment in April even though I have proof that I paid. Then the woman in Canal Walk reads the fucking computer wrong and tells me there is only R529 outstand, two days later some woman phones saying I owe them another R640 or something. I told her to email me the account (never received it) and then they just blocked my account and promptly disconnected it, so people can't even phone me. Went to another branch on saturday and the woman there and the people on the call center couldn't agree whats wrong. So the accounts people would have a look on monday, it is now Thursday and I have not heard a peep. I sent them an email saying if its not sorted by tomorrow afternoon they are forfeiting this months subscription (since my phone is fucking useless) and if i dont get this sorted by the 8th Im chucking the sim in the dustbin and they wont get a cent from me.

Yeah they are useless. My folks had endless shit with them. Eventually just told them to GFT.

I've had a rather ok 2 years, its only after returning from abroad in jan that the kak started. As for the alleged "missing" payment I am almost 100% sure its a fuck up at the Branch in Zevenwaght mall.
