If it's either Mastercard or Visa, it should work, as Steam accepts both of those.

I got the Agency Hovercraft, the Black Market Aerial Pack and the Monster Truck. The others just didn't seem worth bothering with, despite them being quite cheap.

I didn't buy any Magicka DLC before I got the PVP. I think it was added for free in the last update.

Magicka PvP was added for free in the last update. Although I haven't tried PvP yet.

Getting around 40KB/s on my 383kpbs line <-- Thats what the router says it is okay.

You really should try it. It's amazing. Me and my friends stopped playing the campaign entirely because of it. Just don't use the Summon Elementals spell. Pretty much ends any fun that can be had in PvP.
