Sure the occasional shake up is OK because it highlights trouble areas...but you don't say that in a press release.
 
Well you still cant join or create a account , with PSN at least I don't think you can I am still looking on a way to register PSP go :(

Thought Sony would have this fixed by now :confused:

I don't think it's not working, it's been up and down for maintenance since psn was hacked. Not too sure, but is this what you're looking for? https://store.playstation.com/accounts/register/beginNewAccountRegistrationFlow.action

Says it's 'Under Maintenance' at the time of posting this, but i'm sure it'll work if you keep trying.
