Now it doesn't take much Engineering or Business acumen to work out that there's OBVIOUSLY a lot of FAT fed to the customer when it's really not that expensive to run the exchanges, which they are claiming are SO DARN EXPENSIVE from the customer to the exchange. We're not stupid Telkom, you're making a massive profit and burning it away by throwing it on the oldest gravy train in the country.
