Xbox has officially been named my worst console ever!
Putting all my past problems with the POS aside. I have discovered today that it is impossible for me to use this console in High Definition. The thing has a manufacturing date of 2008-10-18. And nowhere in the city of Pretoria can I find a xbox hdmi cable. And i had to pay R500 for a 512mb memory unit. WTF i might as well have bought a 500GB harddrive for my pc.
**** microsoft and **** the xbox.
+10 for the above comment.

Ahhhh I'll be commiting fanboy blasphemy tonight.
Will be playing Halo 2 with my DS3
Finally got it to work on Vista Ultimate 64bit
As much as I love halo, i will have to say that halo 2 on pc is not the same experience as halo 2 on the xbox ! the pc version (even though it has better graphics) has lost the x factor imo
Combat Evolved was already a horrible port IMO.
Driving the warthog was a nightmare with a mouse.
maar wat worry ek, so lank ek die ding klaar kan maak dan is als oraait.
Combat evolved sucked on pc, i regretted selling my xbox copy, cause the pc version slows down even on a high end athlon 64 x2 with 2 gigs of ram
So it wasn't just me then, I thought it was pretty weird that I couldn't run it at Full Resolutions and just blamed my Hardware.
Poor Porting FTL!
Bleh, I struggled for 5hours to get Halo 2 working on Windows 7![]()
my 360 works quite fine in high def.any hdmi cable will work or a 360 vga kit, on your xbox, a smart person will buy a 20gig xbox drive for R500
Windows is kaka!
I only use it for the odd game here and there but further than that I don't use it.
Me has becomes a Linux man due to Server Admin here at work.
Gearbox must've been real lazy with the port probably left the porting to some noob lol!
And you would you suggest I plug in a HDMI cable in a console that has no HDMI port?
Where can i get the damn hard drive?
HDMI port should be standard ! my replacement 360 was manufactured may last year and it's got HDMIThe thing has a manufacturing date of 2008-10-18
Where can i get the damn hard drive?
