As for women like that - its 90% of the time because the verbal and emotional abuse that goes with such beating has broken their wil and selfesteem - they believe they deserve it. Trust me once they are in such a relationship its hard to break the pattern. Ironically they know its bad and unhealthy for them, but the guy will have her under such an influence that its very hard to get away - unless it really gets bad or kids are involved.

Yeah its almost like a drug, they just can't seem to let go. Worst part is most of these men come with their sob stories and sorry's. Thats where these women get hooked. Sad really.

Heroin addicts, man they are dangerous. My sister in fact dated one which she had NO clue was on the stuff, but he used to act really strange and used to dissapear with her car for hours and sometimes come back all bloody and bruised.

THEN, and get this, long after she dumped his ass, he was convicted of murder!!!! He killed 2 gay guys! :eek: How fucking nuts is that?? And this looser was in my house!

Couple of years ago a friend of hers was dating this really wierd guy, and after a while she told my sister that the dude got pissed a slapped her around. So we mob justiced his sorry ass.

Kinda reminds of this dude that was slapping his girlfriend around in a bar where me and my mates where having a few rounds.Took a pool cue and last thing he saw was that cue hitting him over the head.Out cold.Guess what?She was angry at me for assaulting him!

Grim yea its sad when they keep going back. I was lucky enough to have the verbally and emotional abusive BF. But within a year I realised what he was doing and left. Only problem is now i hate the idea of dating again :P
 
Yay ... I had such a productive day at work. No electricity from 8 - 10, and then no internet from 10 - 12:30 because we have the most strangely set up network at the office.

Btw ... grats Syco for winning last week's comp - do me a favour and enter this week so I can have the evil satisfaction of disqualifying you :p
 
Flip the weather is looking mighty dodgy here in Jhb... white flipping clouds and its getting colder by the hour.....
