I totally agree with the article about Brink and Duke Nukem Forever. I was so excited for both of those titles only to be disappointed upon playing them. More so Brink than Duke, played that game for literally thirty minutes before I became disinterested, single player is horrible. Duke on the other hand at least was fun, but I expected more.

MyG Dead Space 2 - 85%
Playr2 Dead Space 2 - 27%

Meta Marvel vs Capcom 3 - 85%
MyG MvC 3 - 84%
Playr2 MvC3 - 18%

So i stand by my question who are these people and where they get these figures from?

Maybe the % are based on the amount of people who voted are dissapointed with it?????

Actually, thinking about it, it seems more like a joke. The scores provided by Playr2 might be some sort of joke. None of those titles received a score of higher than 41% seriously? While I can say Duke Nukem and Brink were not great by any means, they certainly don't deserve sub mediocre scores. While I haven't played Dragon Age 2, I have heard several people raving about it, plus reviewers scoring it at 80% + same for Dead Space 2.:mad:

Yeah don't agree with this list, why not use metacritic? Dead space 2? wtf it's one of my favourite games of this year. Though i might just have a kak opinion on games.
 
shift 2 is one of the best racing games at present so saying it is a disappointment is 100% pure BS !!!
 
Well spotted there Boozer, I wouldn't rely on someone I've never heard of either on their opinion as apposed to say Metacritic, and or IGN etc...

I disagree with:

Red Dead Redemption
Killzone 3

L.A. Noire

I still think DNF should've stayed in our memories as the ultimate game that will never be made. Materialising it spoiled it just as much as watching an actual Chuck Norris film spoils the man's reputation.
 
I would love to know the average age of these people who picked... odds are they are very young. never played duke3d... i still like it :D
 
I am very disappointed with this list that they've compiled...I mean the majority of the games listed are top contenders for even Game of the Year, LA Noire was great, Crysis 2 was cool, Dead Space 2 was rad! I really can't agree with those being some of the worst titles of the year :/

I still have fond memories of playing Duke1 & 2 side scrollers. They were a hit during the same time as Bio Menace, Commander Keen & Monster Bash.
