When is the Battlefield 3 Beta coming our way?

The beta has been promised to those who purchased the tier 1 edition of Medal of Honour. But when? ANY info would be great guys
 
I also read if you pre-order via EA's new Origin service you also get access to the Beta. But the thing I am not sure about is South Africa covered with the Beta via Origin? This is the only reason why I havent pre-ordered through Origin yet.
 
According to this link , the below will be included when you preorder via origin and no mention is made about it being country specific.
I can only guess that it means there is no limitation in terms of country the game is pre ordered from.

Ok, now I am really confused. The info you just posted is for UK, yet I just found the following snippet:
As an added bonus, players who pre-order the game from Origin will be granted early access to the Open Beta for Battlefield 3 when it goes live in September. Early Beta access is for US PC Download customers only.
