I'm looking to buy a new PS3 dualshock controller.

It appears as if there are many fake PS3 controllers being sold online and in the retail shops.

Does anyone know where I can buy an official Sony PS3 dualshock controller at the best price possible.
In the Pretoria/Centurion area.
Any specials you have seen would be appreciated.

If only I'd had known. I bought one on Wantitall because it was the cheapest I could find at R520. It looks like the real thing but the Dualshock 3 is not up to scratch. My original controller shakes heavily and this one from Wantitall just rumbles slightly. It also feels lighter.

I know I fell for the fake DS3, it works but it's not 100% and you still need to plug in a usb dongle for it.

Think i need to buy a controller myself. One of mines started going haywire recently - random movements and commands on my ps3 without even touching the controller.

Anyone know if it's possible (or even worth the effort) to get it fixed?

I got a controller for really cheap off Bid or Buy from Hong Kong. Unfortunately the price tag came with some strings attached. One of said strings being the control bricking after an update. Rather spend R650 and get the real deal

the really cheap part should be a warning
I think its true when they say: u get what you pay for.

but generally, i've had some good deals on Bob so u just got to be smart with some sellers.
