How to deregister

You have to understand tolerance for what is perceived to be spamming is very low on forums like these *because* a lot of real & intentional spamming does happen. So yeah if you accidentally do something that looks like spam people will bite your head off.

That is not an accurate reflection of what the people on this forum are like & you shouldn't judge according to that. Register a new nickname, don't repeat the same mistake and you'll see the people won't/can't react to the mistake.

But seriously, Ricebunny, dude, maybe reconsider before making such a harsh, quick decision. Take in what these people are saying to you. Because what they're giving to you is positive criticism. If they were all assholes, they wouldn't be here trying to reason with you. Think about it.

Plus, sometimes things like this happen for a good reason. I have found that many times, your "enemies" become good friends. If you can take any sense from that :P (maybe it's just me haha)

Ja seriously, all communities have their fair share of jerks. I have had one on my case ever since posting here but I'm not going to let one coward who can't even give their username make me run away. If you really can't handle it and just tell them to **** off just register another name and don't participate in these dodgy competitions any more.

If you don't like the community then don't come back, no need to be all Dramatic about your exit strategy
Every online community has its fair share of trolls, that's because the internet allows 16 year olds with keyboards and a limited amount of PERCEIVED anonymity to act out as keyboard warriors
I have to say this thread seems like nothing more than an attempt to get some attention, in short

Well, he could out the people who PMed him nasty messages by naming and shaming them, if that's allowed. Though publishing the PMs is a bannable offense, but then he seems to be Banned anyways now?

He should have just reported the PM(s) via the report button. That is the correct procedure.

Agreed Ricebunny's response and attitude seems fairly... well childish. Going on the forums and trying to make a big scene, criticising the entire forum and attempting to make himself out to the the victim (which he is sure but no one likes self-pity). Unfortunately I just couldn't get around to sympathising with the guy.
