i want an augmentation similar to that of deadpool in wolverine origins ... adamantium skeleton (if that really exists), rapid healing, super speed, incredible agility, two awesome samurai swords, laser eyes and add telekinesis to that bundle
 
I would love an " Insta-Drunk " Aug
Life would just be so much more fun and you get a secondary free aug " Insta-beer goggles "
It would be grand :)
 
I would like an Augmentation that would turn me into a Jet like Starscream from Transformers. Traffic Jams = Thing of the past!
 
I'd like an augmentation that allows me to read minds. It'll be very interesting to learn about people's dirt.
 
Ok I'll refrain form asking for anything that makes me a superhero(thoughts of flying and and spiderman like abilities comes to mind)... I'm really trying....

OK lets go with something like the Windows 7 Search Function that will work for real life objects like example:
"OMG where's the remote, I know I put it here next to me...!"

Brings up virtual keyboard, type in remote...
and BOOM!

I love that Win7 Search Aug.

Letme just add my one here :).

I would like an Aug that will give me the ability to gain knowledge of everything but like everything else, there will be a limit. Once this limit is reached, the aug must allow me to transfer some if not all of this knowledge to a worthy successor. So gaining all that knowledge before dying is not wasted. :D
 
I'd like an Aug that turns my brain into a PC like knowledge base. Anything I ever see, hear, read etc is stored, categorized, and easily searchable for future reference. No time required to memorize and no forgetting. I'd be like the terminator, but without the guns and big bicepts.
 
I'd definitely want a speed augmentation like the Flash. I wouldn't need a car, so I wouldn't stuck in traffic jams anymore, and I could just run down to the beach and catch some waves! (even if I live in Jhb!) But mostly, I'd use my augmentation to give all the crooked politicians a 5-km running klap to the back of their heads! I think that would keep me busy for ages! ;)
 
An augmentation that taps you into a hovering holographic inventory which will carry all the items you need for surviving the 21st century.

From this inventory you'd be able to remotely log in to your pc for one and automatically watch movies or listen to your favourite music, or access and browse the internet. Even make phone calls, just call up the holographic hub and select the contacts you'd like to contact and have a holographic conversation with them.

I would call this augmentation the SIC (Social Innertainment Centre)
 
It think the best augmentation would be if we were able to 'download' any information from the internet/storage unit directly into your brain in a matter of seconds.
Think Matrix style :D or the Ghost in the Shell cyber augmentation where they can access data on the fly from anywhere.

I'll sign up for that one :)
 
The ability to record everything you see and be able to replay it as the characters in Peter F Hamilton's sci-fi novels. And no, not record with a cam corder, but with your eyes!
 
I would like an augment which can adapt, change or absorb any other augment in existence , being it one nursing a semi, making you hax Tinman's brain or go search the interwebz, either way it adapts to what you want it to be.

That way i will absorb all your augmentations and win the competition :D mwuahahahahaaha *evil laugh, doing pinky thing*

If that's irrelevant, I'll take invisibility any day. That way i can get rid of this corrupt government :D

I would like a social interaction augmentation; to persuade traffic officers that I should not get any fines.
 
I'd like a stem-cell augmentation. Ability to regrow any body part and cure any illness

I can.. I can research and develop my OWN augmentations! And I'd be immortal! Being able to transfer my brain body to body!
I could install new nanobots for new skills, more memory storage, new interfaces!

Dammit I'm hungry.

Maybe just an augmentation that'll enhance the velocity of my farts. That way, I could use it as a weapon.



edit: Space travel would also be a thing of the past! I could travel to neighbour galaxies without a problem! So long as I have the facilities to be able to transfer my brain to a new body when it gets old. Or I could hook up my brain to the ship! :D Battlestar Galactica style.

And in that time of travel I could jot down all my observations and in spare time, research how to allow every cell in the human body to reproduce not just 50 times, but an unlimited amount of times. Giving humanity, immortality! BUT.... by the time I get back to Earth, it'll probably be destroyed...

Cause you know... time dilation. :/

Oh... one can dream.

I would have the augmentation of my body being able to adapt to extreme conditions, that why would be able to go into space without any astronaught training and explore other planets without a astronaught suit on :)

NASA could then pay me to bring them samples instead of building robots worth millions of dollars would be cheaper and i would be richer :p
