Headset

I have a G35. They look cool all on there own. :)

Thous things are probably more expensive than 2 G35, so I would never get them the G35 was like on the boundary of how much I will pay for a head set. That being said the quality has been excellent.

Those are also a sick set of head phones, I cant believe how expencive headsets are :( I am definitly going to have to wait till X-mas before I get a set, my crappy blackberry ones are going to have to do till then.

What are your thoughts on second hand ones or is that a big no no
 
I'm an old fashion gamer. I think headsets should be stereo :P

No, my friend has already had his headset replaced after 1 year due to the wear and tear on them, so it is best to buy new, so that if something goes wrong it is easy to replace. Also they just send you a new pair so at the end of the day a small little bit of ware on the headset cushioning might get you another new pair of headsets.

I am also not going to weir someone else's ear grease :p
 
Its all about budget.
Logitech G35's are incredible but they cost a fortune.
Roccat Kaves are also damn nice but there is a stock shortage in SA at the moment.
Shocked to see that no one mentioned Tritton AX Pro's, they are incredible but also quite pricey.
 
I have a Zixa E-95 headset. Affordable and decent quality. It gets uncomfortable after a few hours though.
 
I'll be getting Roccat Kaves at the end of the year with a sound card.
Will be my first sound card so really looking forward to hopefully quite an improvement over on board sound.
