Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer changes

"Modern Warfare 3 will feature weapon proficiency, which means as your player "levels up" there will be less gun-sway and recoil."

Wow I hope they balance this out. Since I would hate to be a player who joined a month late for this game.
 
So they are changing the gameplay tactics/options/killstreaks
can't wait to see the new gameplay

Sheesh, was thinking the EXACT same thing! But I doubt they'd make it so elitist like that, almost like joining a dota game half way through....you're gonna be stuffed. I'm sure they've been clever enough with it.

I'm damn excited for it all, and for all my complaining, if its seriously rad, I'll buy the COD Elite add-on too mainly for the DLC.
 
I am personally not even going to waste my money on this again. There are however a few thing I am happy to see go, mainly LAST STAND !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can however not really see any of the gameplay changing to much, as that would have taken to much time and then they would never be able to milk the cow often enough.

Expect some small change in the games over the next 2 to 3 years, but never think that you are buying anything other than a glorified expansion.

Just my personal opinion no need for anyone to rage over it. :)

Its an improvement because you don't get killed by the guy you just shot. Last Stand puts me into an "Overkill" mode every time I encounter it. I keep shooting the guy until he's dead, then I shoot him some more to make sure he's still dead.

Says the glorified BFBC2 fanboy.
At least activision knows how to sort out their hit detection hey...

Anyway I am really looking forward to this, Got it on Pre Order..Counting down every single day!!
 
I am excited about the changes. No shotgun secondary - awesome! No KDR nuke campers - awesome! No teleporting-through-bullets-commando - awesome! :D
 
Killstreak rewards will be point-based, not kill based. Players will earn points for completing objectives

As for Last Stand, never really bugged me to be honest.
 
I didn't even really bother using Last Stand on any CoD games so it wouldn't be too much of a change for me but I'm pretty keen on trying a new 'Call of Duty' out with all of these gameplay changes...can't wait to see the finished product!
 
The only time I ever used last stand was to unlock it for pro mode wen in multiplayer.. I like having things unlocked even if I don't use em...:D Hehe.. But very glad to see it go.. I hate it shooting people seeing em drop and then them killing me..:/
 
I think that in theory all the so called improvements are good step forward, but can't wait to see it for myself.
