Here are the facts: He caused the branch R48 000 worth of damage through this driving, in three MONTHS, so I demoted him and said if he wants to be a driver again, he needs to go for driver training otherwise he's fired. So he goes, drives like a p03s and the trainer says he has to take another lesson. Then he starts talking shit about 'it's because I'm black'.
