Hi Ramone (Kalahari guy), thanks for getting involved in the forum, it's nice to have a point of contact with Kalahari. Seems you guys are getting a bit more hands on with shoppers.

Hi Matt,
There has been a bit of a gap here at Kalahari since Am_nesia left, but I am here now, and will offer support as much as I can.
I've always believed that being in direct contact, and keeping your ear to the ground, will ensure that the people that matter (you guys) are always put first.
I will also be able to start securing exclusive stuff for you guys.

The service from Kalahari has dropped a bit since Am_nesia left, but hopefully things will pick up now.
Look forward to ordering from you guys in the near future ;)
 
I'll be placing my order for BF3 through them. Good price, good reports of good service, should be a decent place to buy overall. Waco didn't you just purchase your mouse through them?

Buying games/dvd's from them is a pleasant experience, as its on a 24 hour delivery.
But electronics, not so good.
I ordered a logitech g9x from them, it got dispatched on time, them mis sorted to the wrong region, eventually i cancelled the order and just went and bought the mouse in store,because i needed a mouse.
It then took kalahari over 4 weeks to refund me because they could not locate the item.

That's quite funny, sorry. :-)

Overall, they have been good in the past. However, I am not a huge fan of On The Dot, which they use for their distribution. I work with On The Dot every now and again, and sometimes they are really useless. Guess that's how you item got lost.
 
Has anyone found a cheaper price for BF3 and MW3 than Kalahari?

I've already preordered MW3 from them, but wondering about BF3 now? Looks like great prices, wow!

Kalahari does not state on their website that Skyrim pre-orders will be getting the cloth map. Could someone from kalahari confirm that this map will be included?

I am waiting for the final details from Bethesda to add to the site, once they are I will ensure to include it :)
