I removed him when he hit 200days not being online.

I like how he blames steam invites not working but its his own fault since he is not using the correct name for invites.

1: Yes. And also No.
1.1: You cannot just move the Steam GAMES... you have to move Steam in it's entirety. But apart from that - yes - you can move Steam and its games to a separate drive.

2: Having a 7200rpm would not hurt your performance, but the gain is also not all that noticable. I'm not saying that there is NO GAIN AT ALL... I'm just saying it's not really as big as you would hope.
