Sweeeeeet! I'm amped for that one.

Yep gonna be awesome.

Awesome boet, so you reckon that Arkham City is definitely gonna be worth the buy?!?!?! :D

Honestly over here with Cloud technology, onlive won't work well unless you have a dedicate 4meg line because it's just shit otherwise and the original concept of cloud was used on Rapidshare and all that jazz, the people just tweaked it to compensate for Voice data etc... so I'll rather wait for the next few years, when our country has their shit in order hahaha... :p

Yep Batman: AC gonna be GOTY in my opinion. As for Onlive well i dont really think they even count you developing countries as yet, will be a few years before its even remotely viable.

Cool :) I haven't played that in quite a while. Client is hopelessly outdated.
That Expo looked awesome tho!

Mine downloaded and updated in about 20min last night. Expo was awesome, a little smaller than I anticipated but that could have been due to it being the middle of the week and it was only suppose to start today. Going again on sunday.

Lekka bru! Yoh, enjoy!

Jirre....what a lucky tolliekop...

You have no idea.

hehehe, my bf just skyped me a picture of a "Now Hiring" sign on a Starbucks window in NZ, followed by a image of a Orange Mocha coffee. That brief temptation to go work there was almost overwhelming.

Stop talking about food you bastards! :(

KFC Boxmaster!!!! Nomnomnom

Well when it comes to Cloud technology in general, right now in the country I'm way against it and I've done my research. It's not stable enough to support and work with in this country especially with this Telco sector and how fscked up it is. :p

Well its massive overhere, got Microsoft Advertising the advantages of Cloud on the Underground. Then you have services like DropBox which is very epic. You know me, I think cloud is def the future.

It can, i've been trying out every free game (and some paid ones) the Iphone has to offer and i really think it has real potential as a new console. Onlive will be launching on mobile devices such as Ipad, other tablets, even phones later this year or early next year and while mobile data packages dont yet support these the future is coming and if more hardcore gamers embrace mobile phones and the like I think we could see an intresting shift within the medium.

Nice to see you came around to the fact that the iPhone is awesome! :D

sigh, everyone keeps talking about Gears 3, but I don't have a copy :(

I was the same with Gears 2, but as i played that once and then could never bring myself to play it again i have put off getting 3 until... well when-ever. Bigger better games coming out beginning of August.

You don't have to prove that concept to me :p. I already know it can work, however it's 3rd world countries like ours that the technology has to grow into. It's taken 5years to hit the US, UK, etc... and everyone knows that we're always behind. But I've followed this for a long time and I knew it would take off but it would take longer for us here down South and ja I'll honestly get excited when it's Alpha stages here have passed and it's been officially been accepted into this country as a proper form of tech to move with, then I'm gonna push it away.

I have had a couple companies say cloud this and cloud that, and I've told them to get lost because they clearly don't understand the terminologies behind cloud tech yet...

Yep and if you take into account the power of Cloud its rather sad that some countries are so far behind. One more reason to be happy i left SA. :p
