lol myself sick at ep1, though ep 2-3 was not so funny. Does it get better ?
 
How i met your mother, Dexter, two and a half men, and big bang theory started last week :)

The new Two and a half men is disappointing miss charlie
 
Started Game of Thrones season 1 last week. I'm on ep 8 now, and almost afraid to watch on because anyone can die in this series. Plus i saw the youtube RPG parody and at the end what was probably a spoiler :(

I watched it before I read the books, they did a fantastic job with the casting, and season 1 is so close to book 1 that you almost don't have to read book 1.

I am absolutely shocked by the first episode of A Game of Thrones. I probably forwarded a total of 10 minutes of sex and nudity. I watch Dexter and Sleeper Cell, but this is ridiculous. Are all the episodes like that and are the books like that as well?
 
the new charlies angels is probably one of the worst shows that have started this season, fringe is getting pretty crappy imo on the other hand hawaii 5 0, nikita and big bang theory are definately off to great starts again.

It is the genre and a representation of the era that this was supposedly from.

I watched the first ep last night, and.. well.. Like you said, it's not bad, but it's one of those shows that has one single original aspect to the premise (her memory) and then using that as a gimmick. I don't see how they can stretch that out to stay interesting (and I use the word generously here) for more than a season.

Will she witness a crime in each ep? Because otherwise her perfect memory wouldn't be much help, would it? And without it, the show becomes a generic cop show. :cry:

And this was all with ignoring the gaping plot holes.. I think I'll skip this one. ;)

I watched A Gifted Man, though, that struck me as one to keep an eye on. :D

Then I would suggest you keep to something like bamby that doesn't reflect a real world with real characters.

If sex is to taboo, but you rather see someone die, maimed, killed, tortured or fucked up violently for some reason then you yourself is are a lie. But yes, we rather have someone's head cut off then having a normal sex scene, much more healthier and much more easy on the eye. It will also not stop there, lets show that rather to everyone and go all holy and hide away our skins, I mean God forbid we are nude, because that would be so wrong it's not even funny funny, but we cream our pants in regards to fight scenes like 300.

The story is written to include all parts of life and not hide some of them. You seem to forget this and obviously are one of people who would hide a very natural side of themselves in some dark room in their minds, making themselves believe it doesn't exist, but sure to bring it to light after undressing their 99% covered up partner, because they must also be hidden.

Before you go all apeshit and say I say just fuck yourself in each film as much as possible, those sex scenes are their to play their part and contribute to the story over just being fuck scenes. It's really not as bad as people like you make it out to be, but you can't separate it by your flawed logic which tells you GOD !!!! PORN !!!! HIDE !!!!.

Serious fail on all levels which would have us all go back to the dark ages. Just because you are uneasy with yourself and sex doesn't mean we are equally so...
