instead of going home 12 minutes ago, I might only go home at around 9 or 10

not 1 but 2, fekkin 2 of our major servers crashed. Replication wasn't enabled so now I have to get 2 very very important and rather intricate servers up and running, both housing a couple of hundred mailboxes, Accounts etc.

yeah the backups aint the issue (all 23TB of it). problem comes with the reconfiguring of Active Directory, Terminal Services, all the mapped drives, logon scripts, exchange etc.

I told them a while back that I want to make a Ghost/Disk mirror of each and every server's OS drive and they said naah its ok we got the data.
