I've seen the issue being raised in the RSP discussion threads and one or two users I know of here locally
There are a few issues that may cause this:
Incorrect Time/Date of OS
OS Set to not accept Cookies (Internet Settings)
If neither of those two things help;
Here is a work around:
1. Log out of Origin
2. Create a new account with Origin and login.
3. Redeem Product Code with a new working key.
4. Origin already sees you have the BF3 Beta files so start BF3 Beta and go play.
