Anyone here actually play Shogi?

Few things I would like to know
1) Getting the board and pieces
2) Learning to play
3) Where do you play?

So far my best bet seems importing and learning via online/manual. Though suggestion on where I can get them from if there are better places than just takealot as well as learning to play the actual game :D
