Well this is where you tell them that you take no responsibility for her until you are compensated for managing her. Technically speaking it's not in your contract that stipulates you having to manage anyone so you should be given more for doing so.

@Syco i have been year for 4 years so it is not as simple as just leaving tomorrow. the only good thing is i can give notice at any time during the month and leave within 4 weeks.
