Exercise enthusiasts.

We all know the couch-potato view of gamers is an old stereotype that does not apply anymore.. Well most of us know. So I'm asking do you play a sport, gym, have active hobbies like rock climbing, quad biking, paintball or whatever it is. What do you do?

I love to run, on the road and recently I've started trail running. It's exhilarating being out in nature and running through the bushes and through rivers. It feels like somehow this is just what we were made to do. Run.
 
I've got a friend who i play Squash with.
We play twice a week for an hour!

Running around in that small room for an hour kills you!
Sometimes i feel like im 2min away from a heart attack but i love it!

And its a decent amount of exercise :)
 
Squash for an hour, I miss that. It's bad for the knees though, I had to choose squash or running. Running's bad for knees as well, but squash is worse for me, really hurts after I play.
 
I like going for a cycle now and again. Got a bit lazy this winter, but I will catch up again this summer. I also love fishing. So that good exercise too, you know, hiking up massive sand dunes and all that :P. I love being at the sea. Best getaway there is.

I'll start running when I see someone that looks happy while doing so. Every runner I've ever seen looks like they're about to die. The only sports I play are guitar, beer drinking, and foozeball.
 
I enjoy a good Gym session, Mountain Biking and I PWN at Paintball :p :D. I used to do crosscountry running, but just got so gatvol of coughing up phlem for 3 days afterwards :rolleyes:

I liken it to playing a game like Demon's Souls or Dark Souls, challenging, but so rewarding.
 
I use to do: Rugby, cricket, paintball, gym 5 time a week and golf.

Now, I do a lot of cardio in the for of turning the pages in my books and writing till I get calluses.

True story bro.
 
i work out about every second day + I also cycle & play tennis occasionally

also got plenty of fitness games that gives me a workout while having fun at the same time (no im not talking bout sexersizing)

yourself fitness
wii sports
my body coach 2
etc.
 
I instruct Kickboxing classes at my gym, twice a week. I also head to spinning classes on a monday night.

I actually am quite the jock... "whistling:
 
I love to run although I do it in the afternoon. And then I also do the standard pushups/situps.
