The second one is like Jagged Alliance, as some correctly noticed, but nothing has to do with Commandos except for setting of story, but this one has rather sci-fi undertones later in game. This game has some nice physics with fully destructible environment.
Download the image and change the filename. Then upload it to a public album here at MyGaming or to a free image host. I prefer Imgur.com, as you don't need to register, it generates a file name for you and it keeps the file there as long as it's being viewed.
