Oh yeah! I love the GTA series - hoping for something along the lines of Vice City spliced with San Andreas based on an engine that's as pretty as the mods that were recently made for GTA IV. Oh and for the love of all things PC-gamey...please let the PC version release at the same time for a change (Sony, Microsoft - cut us a break please?).
 
GTA V already. Awesome. Now I've got to get around to finishing GTA IV, Lost and the Damned, and Ballad of Gay Tony

You mean please let the PC versions release in a playable state.
Remember how long it took (patches & Next gen CPU /GPU updates) before it was even really playable on PC?
 
oh heeeeeel yeah :-) but still, the high point for me was Vice City. The way it captured the feeling of the 80's in that "Miami Vice" kinda way was awesome. best soundtrack ever!
 
Another series that you know will be awesome. I really hope they bring back some of the gang/territory fights that was in I think San Andreas? That for me was pure win!
 
Grand theft auto 5 announced!!

so i was just browsing looking for episodes of terra nova when i found this!!!

A new GTA.. outa no where!! the first trailer is going to come out Novemeber 2nd.. and they're aiming to launch the game some holiday in 2012.. there is very little info on it at the moment.. but im sure slowly but surely it'll start coming out.. :)

i liked it. Loved how u could go workout in the gym and bulk up :p Never got to finish it tho. Wanted to resume my saved games last year but the game doesnt work with a USB mouse, u need a PS/2 mouse. Thats how old it is and how bad I am at finishing games - in the era before USB mice :p
 
IF they expanded on that premise throughout the entire San Andreas would have been sooooo much better, but after you moved from grove street it kinda got meh.......
 
Man oh man, I have been waiting for this day!! Trailer reveal next week! :D

Right now I'm trying to decipher the new logo for clues. :p

Edit: So the font for the "V" is from the American dollar bill, you can also see the pattern imprint from the bill on the inside of the "V". The word five also seems to use the same font. What I cant figure out yet the the flag that the word "FIVE" is printed on.

Weets, love the IP, these guys really put a lot of grid into their products.
Can't wait for the trailer either, to see what has been added... maybe they be running a new "Frostbite" engin, of some sorts?!
But the consoles still run DX9 :(
