Modern Warfare 3 Metacritic scores get bombed by users

Some gamers have hated this game long before they've played it. I seriously doubt it can be that bad. I'm actually really looking forward to playing it and I expect it to be good.

I'm playing it. and yes its very good. The only problem being that you get fanboys who sit on gaming sites the whole day waiting for anything MW3 to pop up so they can bash it. I don't understand the mentality as i keep away from games i don't like. Thats why i'm a fan of COD and Battlefield, GT5 and Forza, Gears and Resistance. For me i enjoy both games, guess its the people who can't have both and has to assert to themselves what they bought was superior.

Some of my gripes.
FOV is locked at 65
FPS is locked at 85
Mouse sens works with a slider (In cod1,2,4,blops I set my mouse sens down to .00 increments for precision)
Textures are of a very very low quality
Introducing Anti Aliasing causes a very weird blurry effect on Dynamic objects like player models etc
P2P Lag is absolutely HORRIBLE
The host advantage due to P2P and the lag is blatantly visible. 99% of the time if a medium skilled player is the host, he wins hands down. You will be pumping rounds into other players without a single bullet reg, but the host will literally kill you with one burst of an SMG, without you even sometimes seeing him due to the lag.
The game itself doesn't run good either. I'm Rocking a Clocked i7 2600K, 8GB Ram and a Superclocked GTX 570 and I'm having FPS lag issues on even the smaller maps.
The Lobby system is made even more annoying with it's bugs, like when you try and join players it says server full but there are more than 5-6 spots open, also sometimes you join on a friend via invite or his steam name and you get dropped in a ghost lobby.
Like Mw2, Most of the maps are too short gameplay wise. They are over before you even get your groove on, so the battles don't feel nearly as "epic" as they should.
I do realize that most of the gripes could be sorted with the Dedicated servers, also with some patching, but believe you me this game is an utter frustration to play on PC. It looks crap, it plays crap, it runs crap. Thing is the Dedicated servers are really empty due to ppl wanting to rank up to "enjoy" the game and it's unlocks, also I have yet to see a perfectly setup Dedi as every single one I tried, even empty, had only the 5 default classes to choose from. Could not play with my classes, or the "all unlocked" as promised, but this is in the hands of the Gamesmasters themselves, so I won't fault IW and Sledgehammer for this.
Even simple things like Music, you can't even turn music off.
Oh and then there is stuff like this, I lol'd
To conclude. I've put in more than 1200 hours in Black Ops, More than 1500 Hours in Modern Warfare 2, But this is the single most pathetic release of COD I have ever played. YES, I understand new titles have new issues. But this is just absolutely PATHETIC to say the least.

HEHE. Wel daar is redeeming factors. Spec Ops Survival en mission modes is bef0k. Rerig baie lekker!
Die game Hoort baie beter te word as meer mense begin dedicated servers gebruik, en die dedi's word reg op gestel. Maar rerig ons het die kort kant van die stok gekry op release.
