BF3 Xbox

im always online mat.. :p hehe.. and yeah.. i love knifing friends... :) wanted to join ur part and laugh at u but it didnt let me.. :( iv got a service star with my knife already.. hehe... i think im going on half way for the second ;) i love playing recon and getting onto the HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGH towers and racking those 167m heatshots..
 
My Score might be the lowest, so too my kills but I have a higher overall accuracy than both of you :p
 
Hi Gaiz, I know nothing of xbox and its multiplayer. My friend just bought BF3 and he doesn't know much bout multiplayer.
Do you guys connect to a server or what? Any local ones? Looks to me like you just make a group by adding each other and search for a game?

Your friend needs a Gold Live Subscription to do Multiplayer on Xbox. Does he have that?

And yeah I think its pretty much as straight forward as that.
 
Yep he got that with the game. Or vice versa since he was just looking for a live subscription when he bought the game lol. (yes I know)

So no real connecting to a certain server then.... Coz he dont enjoy playing against int players so much lol.

He maybe got a 48 hour trial gold membership if he got it with the game. You do get 1 month free when you sign up for Xbox Live though. Otherwise, the cheapest place to buy membership is R265 for 12 months at Takealot

Oh, and obviously he'll need an internet connection.

You can either choose a server, or just pick quick match to sommer join a random game

If he really wants lots of locals to play with, then there's a list here
Tell him to add some of those guys to his friends list and he'll always find a game with some locals
 
So I've been getting a lot of negative feedback regarding MW3 (From what I've heard and read), so I think BF 3 is looking rather good right about now.

Might join you guys shortly ;)
 
Experimented with Engineer last night and enjoyed it, just missed my health packs. But being able to stand up to the tanks and helis makes it worthwhile.

I've always enjoyed the engineer. In BFBC2 as well. It's lekker to have lots of anti-tank stuff, and since I like to drive around in tanks whenever possible, it's nice to be able to repair them as well

I've finally finished the engineer unlocks as well as the recon.. Going for the assault now..:D
 
Considering my copy of Skyrim is at home waiting for me I propably wont be too active in BF3 for a while. At least when my new TV arrives tomorrow I will finally be able to enjoy BF in its HD glory.

got my copy this afternoon.. already have 2 dragons under my belt.. :D :D
 
Took a break from Skyrim and ventured back into BF3. Was fun and on one operation Metro map I swear there was a HAXOR. Guy running around, no blue friend thing over his head, nor a red one. Fired about 3 clips into him, nothing. Watched 3 of my guyz gank him and he just runs away. Doesn't shoot back, as far as I could tell. Also there was a guy with that F2000 gun that was just owning. One hit killed me several times. I see the 124mb patch didn't dull the flood lights then.

Yea, there is a glitch that some assholes are exploiting that makes them invincible. Hopefully EA patches that soon and bans all the cheaters.

Anyway, I haven't had very much time for gaming lately, so I fear I'm falling behind in the battlefield, I have nearly finished Uncharted 3 though :D , and I'm almost done on the Thunder Run stage on the single player campaign of BF3.

This past weekend has been the first time I touched a game that wasn't Skyrim since its release. (Already clogged like 62 hours of play).

I still need to finish the SP for BF3, RAGE and get back into Dark Souls. Still got the majority of Skyrim ahead of me since I've just been doing side quests.
 
The patch they put in seems to have put anti air vehicles.. Or that's what I think.. But the only place I've seen it is in rush on canals.. But never saw it before the patch.. Don't know what else it did tho
