Went to telkom shop to up line speed, got home and there was no ADSL signal at all, coincidence? I think not. I phone the telkom people and they tell me my phone line is plugged in wrong. What BS, it never changed. So then they say switch the router off and wait. I'm sure they have some sort of switch there.

Same shit happened to me, they upped my line to 10MB without telling me and it screwed up my whole connection. Had to get a guy out to sort it out. Amazing my modem was also fried.
